If you share my frustration regarding the lack of easy (and legal) content access in SE Asia, then rejoice. iTunes sent me an email overnight saying that I can now access music and movies through the iTunes store. Here is the quote.
"The iTunes Store, iBokkstore, and App Store are available only to persons age 13 or older in Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Lao People's Democratic Republic, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, or Vietnam."
Fantastic news! I hope this will also speed the reach of Amazon Kindle to SE Asia as well. We can use Kindle via the Chrome browser, and that works flawlessly for me here in SG. But to have the Kindle as well would be very nice.
Good news to start my day, indeed.
