This week on For Immediate Release I draw upon many scholarly articles and journalist reports to understand labor relations in China.  The pattern seems clear to me: IR must professionalize and Institutionalize.  This means, in my opinion, we can expect a growing role for employee comms and good old fashioned labor relations in the years to come.
