NEW STUDY: How marketers are investing in Facebook and measuring ROI « The Metric System Reply


Interesting that “Total Facebook Fans” would rank as the top metric for Facebook metrics. Certainly this has nothing at all to do with ROI (classically defined). My first reactions was: someone who becomes a fan and never returns to the page counts the same (with this metric) as someone who returns, contributes, discusses, and otherwise acts as a brand advocate.Read the report here

Can anyone suggest two or three measures which make more sense?
