As I prepare to launch my 2010 survey study asking about the online behaviors of Singapore's netizens, my replication of last year's survey takes on a new importance. I am honored to share that I will be joining The Society for New Communications Research as one of its 2010 Fellows. This role challenges me to publish my research and contribute to the society's research agenda. I will also be presenting my research findings at the Harvard Club in early November. As you probably already expect, I will focus on Asia and completing my pan-Asia research project which I have been pursuing, with the brilliant help of our bright SMU students, since late 2006. A big thank you to everyone who has supported this process, and I look forward to sharing a steady stream of blog posts and tweets discussing my all adventures around this fellowship. Now, time to roll up the sleeves and produce some research!
